Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the fault is on our behalf.
Any approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Order Processing & Shipping

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
Processing includes:

  • Receiving and confirming your order

  • Placing the order with our supplier

  • Waiting for the item(s) to arrive at our warehouse

  • Performing thorough quality inspections

  • Securely packaging your order

Only after this process is completed does the shipping (delivery) time begin.

Processing Time:

  • 3–14 days (before shipping begins)

Delivery Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 9–19 days (after processing)

  • Premium Delivery: 4–8 days (after processing)

If you’re ordering multiple items, please select the same shipping option for all items.
