Order Processing & Shipping
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
Processing includes:

Receiving and confirming your order

Placing the order with our supplier

Waiting for the item(s) to arrive at our warehouse

Performing thorough quality inspections

Securely packaging your order
Only after this process is completed does the shipping (delivery) time begin.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you haven’t received this email, it is more than likely your order is still processing.

3–14 days (before shipping begins)
Delivery Time:

Standard Delivery: 9–19 days (after processing)

Premium Delivery: 4–8 days (after processing)
